A: Your network is an online social network that includes your professional friends & colleagues. Your network is defined as the group of DoctorNetworking users you can contact through your connections up to three degrees away. This chain of trusted connections gives you inside access to a vast network of professionals, organizations across the world - relationships that you can use to help one another as you advance your own career.


Q: How do I remove a Friend/colleague?

A: Please click "View / Edit Friends" at the left bar after login, you can remove friends or colleagues over there.

Q: How do I add friends/colleagues and grow my network?

A:
(1). You can Invite your friends/relatives to join DoctorNetworking.com by going to "Invite Friends". Enter their email address and click on Invite. Once your friends join/colleagues, they will be automatically connected to you.
 
(2). If you are browsing around and find a friend or colleague's profile, select the "Add as a Friend" option.
 
(3). You can find friends/colleagues that are not in your network by going to "Search People" at the top navigation bar

Q: How do I edit my profile?

A: Please click the "Edit Account / Profile" at the left bar after login, then you can change your profile there.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Please click the "Edit Account / Profile" at the left bar after login, then you can change your password there.

A: Please click the "Edit Account / Profile" at the left bar after login, then you can change your email address there.

Q: How do I change my user name?

A: If you want to upload/change/delete the current photo(s), please click "Add/Update photos" at the left bar after login.

A: Please choose "Edit Account / profile" after log at the left navigation bar, then you may edit your profile there.

Recommendation:

Q: What is Recommendation?

A: A recommendation is a comment, note, remark, story, toast, etc that your friends & colleagues say about you. You should approve or deny each of them. Please remember you can't edit the recommendations, you can only accept or refuse it. You can also write about your friends/colleagues in their recommendations.

Q: How can I write a Recommendation for my friend/colleagues?

A: You can write a recommendation for a friend/colleagues by going to that member's profile page and clicking on "Add Recommendation". You can write and post your recommendation there, then it will be approved or rejected by the member. After it is approved, it will appear on the profile page.

Q: Why would I want friends/colleagues to make Recommendations?

A: The recommendations from your friends/colleagues can help more people know you better, then advance your career.

Q: What can I write about for recommendations?

A: You can write about anything, but remember that they do get to approve or reject it. Comment, note, remark, story, toast, and anything that can let people know the member."

Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab at the top of the window. Make sure that the slider is set at a level not higher than Medium. The bottom of the slider section of the Security window contains several buttons. Click the one marked Advanced. In the new window under the Cookies section, check the box labeled Override automatic cookie handling. Now you will see the other settings enabled and can be configured. Under the First-party Cookies section, click the Accept button. Under the Third-party Cookies section, click the Block button. Check the box labeled Always allow session cookies. Click OK.

4.Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x (Mac)
Click the Edit menu and select Preferences. On the left pane, under the Receiving Files section, click Cookies. In the right pane, find the pull-down menu next to When receiving cookies and select Never ask. Click OK.
